The Ring Plunger Set (RP Set), also commonly referred to as a Torpedo or Nose Cone Set, is widely used in injection molding machines. We use high-quality materials such as EN41B, H13, and D2 for the manufacturing of RP Sets. To enhance their strength and wear resistance, the components undergo a gas nitriding process, which provides improved toughness and a surface hardness of approximately 62–65 HRC.
