Manufacturing Infrastructure

Bhagwati Enterprise is supported by strong and modern manufacturing infrastructure designed to handle high precision machining and large industrial components. Our operations are spread across three manufacturing units with a combined area of more than 1,30,000 sq. ft., enabling efficient production and handling of both heavy and precision-engineered parts.
Across all units, we operate more than 20+ EOT cranes, allowing safe and efficient handling of large rolls, shafts, barrels, rotors, and other heavy components during machining and assembly.
Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art machines, including CNC Turning Centers, VMC Machining Centers, Cylindrical Grinding Machines, Deep-Hole Drilling Machines, Honing Machines, Hard Chrome Plating facilities, and fabrication equipment. These advanced machines enable us to achieve tight tolerances, high dimensional accuracy, and superior surface finish required for precision engineering.
To maintain consistent quality standards, we also use advanced measuring and inspection instruments that ensure every component meets the required technical specifications.
Our main manufacturing plant operates on 100% green energy, powered by a 200 KW solar power plant, enabling zero carbon emission operations and reflecting our commitment to sustainable and environmentally responsible manufacturing.

Incoming Material Inspection

All raw materials are thoroughly inspected for chemical composition, mechanical properties, and surface quality.

In-Process Inspection

Components are checked at multiple stages during machining, grinding, and finishing to maintain tight tolerances.

Final Inspection

Finished components undergo dimensional, visual, and functional checks before delivery.
