About HVOF Coat Screw

At Bhagwati Enterprise, HVOF (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel) coating technology is used to apply highly durable wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant layers on critical industrial components. In this process, alloy powder is sprayed onto the surface using a high-temperature, high-velocity gas stream. This method creates a dense, strongly bonded coating that enhances surface quality and improves the performance of the component.
HVOF coated screws and components help reduce maintenance costs while significantly improving operational efficiency. The coating process enhances mechanical strength, improves resistance to harsh chemical environments, and allows components to perform reliably in both high-temperature and low-temperature operating conditions. It also increases the lifespan of mating components by reducing friction and wear during operation.
Using advanced HVOF technology, alloy powders are applied under high pressure and velocity to achieve extremely strong adhesion to the base material. The coating density can reach up to 99.8%, providing exceptional resistance against abrasion, corrosion, and surface damage in demanding industrial applications.
For bimetallic screws, Tungsten Carbide Alloy is commonly used to achieve high surface hardness ranging between 60–65 HRC, ensuring long service life even in heavy-duty processing environments. Bhagwati Enterprise offers a wide range of screw sizes, typically from 14 mm to 200 mm in diameter, with lengths that can extend up to 6 meters, depending on the application requirement.
Special for halogen free material with glass filled content below 65%.
