Tie bars are widely used in plastic injection moulding machines, particularly in machines with medium to large tonnage capacities. They help maintain the correct distance between machine plates and support the overall clamping system, ensuring smooth and precise machine operation during the molding process.
Bhagwati Enterprise manufactures Tie Bars using high-quality EN19 / 4140 alloy steel, which undergoes quench hardening to enhance strength and durability. Chrome plating is applied to improve surface finish, corrosion resistance, and longevity. Our tie bars are available in diameters ranging from 30 mm to 400 mm, with lengths up to 10,000 mm, ensuring reliable performance for demanding industrial applications.
